By accessing or using Branded by Sammi's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Branded by Sammi provides custom workwear, embroidery, and printing services. All orders are subject to:

• Minimum order requirements (if applicable)
• Approval of artwork and designs
• Payment terms as specified at checkout

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
• VAT is calculated at the current UK rate
• Payment is required before production begins
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

4. Embroidery and Printing

• Setup fees apply to first-time embroidery orders
• Artwork must be provided in suitable formats
• Color matching is approximate due to production variations
• Minor variations in placement are acceptable within industry standards

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
• Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours

6. Returns and Refunds

• Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded
• Custom/personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Standard items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging

7. Intellectual Property

• Customers must have rights to any logos or designs submitted
• Branded by Sammi is not liable for copyright infringement of customer-provided designs

8. Limitation of Liability

Branded by Sammi's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
